After Dr. Cleaver had received his medical degree from the University of Rome in Italy, he returned to the United States to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson – Jersey Shore Medical University Center and a fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital.
